Joe Cast at West Peabody & Westboro Speedways Some Good Old Photos Sent in by Robert Castellucci

Joe Cast in his last race car. Ran at West Peabody until it closed and then at Westboro, Class A-strictly stock flathead. Presently it is the #XX out of Waltham run at NEAR events.

Westboro Speedway early 70's. #15 Joe Cast, #73 Lou Austin, #36 Porky Kinsman. #73 lost a tire which #15 ran over and subsequently put #36 in the wall

75 lap race at Westboro Speedway. Beginning of accident #44 Joe Rosenfield hit #46 Joe Cast causing the rollover. #10 Fred Borden then hit #46 causing it to tip end to end and luckily it landed upright on the track. #44 was disqualified for the rest of the year.
